We value your trust and commitment to your healing journey. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any session or program.

1. Health Assessment Session (HAS)

  • The HAS fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you miss your scheduled session, it will not be compensated and a new booking will be required.

  • Rescheduling is allowed only if informed at least 48 hours in advance.

2. 1:1 Programs

  • Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our programs, once enrolled, no refunds will be issued.

  • Each program involves significant research, customization, and professional time; therefore, fees are non-refundable regardless of outcomes.

  • Unused sessions will expire at the end of the program duration and cannot be carried forward or credited.

3. Digital Products & Resources

  • All purchases of ebooks, guides, templates, or other digital/downloadable products are final and non-refundable.

  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing purchased digital products is strictly prohibited.

4. General Terms

  • By enrolling, you acknowledge that results depend on your personal consistency and commitment.

  • We provide guidance and support, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Payments for HAS, programs, and digital products are final and non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of an administrative error on our part (e.g., duplicate charge).
